Ever wonder how you got your name? Truth be told, we never really think about it. But we all know there can be a wide range of reasons why your name was chosen for you. And no matter what the answer might be to this question, one thing is for sure...Your name will follow you in everything you do. One might argue that your name can actually somewhat define who you are, and who you are going to become, I suppose. So, this brings me to the next question.
Let’s talk business. What does a business name mean? What image or perception comes to mind when you hear that name? Does the name reflect what product or service the business offers? I bet a lot of top business names are running through your mind right now. Amazon? Verizon? Google? But let’s talk specifically about our name... Tri-Lease. When Tri-Lease Corp was created back in 1992, we wanted a name that actually could create conversation... a name that could hold value in what we offer. A name that had meaning. And over the years, Tri-Lease not only has become a symbol of consistency and confidence in the commercial lending marketplace, but it has also become the very essence of who we are. What I am about to say will make complete sense. And understanding our name will provide you with even more reason to call us your lending partner of choice. Let me Explain. A triangle has three sides, right? A tricycle consists of three wheels no less. A trifecta is when three things happen in a specific order. So, by definition, the prefix “tri” stands for the number “3”. Now consider this for a moment. Let’s get even more intentional. There are three key components of every equipment purchase that might require financing. First, there is the actual business owner... the one investing in the equipment. Secondly, there is the equipment supplier.... the one selling the equipment. And lastly, perhaps even most importantly, there is the lending partner... the one whose sole responsibility is to bring the buyer and the seller together, helping make the sale move forward. In fact, we have adopted a simple motto over the years and it’s this... “sometimes the only thing standing in the way of a business owner investing in equipment and the equipment supplier selling equipment is the proper financing offer by the lending provider.” There is no escaping this concept. Understanding how these three entities connect is paramount to the success of each. So, when you choose us as your preferred lending partner, there’s a reason why. And it’s important that we understand our purpose in the process. The SELLER. The BUYER. The LENDER .... Tri-Lease is defined by these three relationships. So, the next time you ask “Why Tri-Lease?”, answer confidently why not!
